Boarding and Seating conducted on a first come first serve basis.

Royal City Tours and/or Time 4 Tours makes every effort to provide on-time service, it does not guarantee its departure and/or arrival on-time due to inclement weather, traffic, holidays, and other causes for delays.

Royal City Tours and/or Time 4 Tours accepts no responsibility and liability for any conditions beyond its control that may interrupt or cancel any tours.

Royal City Tours and/or Time 4 Tours will not be responsible for lost or damaged items during the course of the tour.

The tour guide has the rights to make changes to itinerary due to multiple factors without prior notice. Pick up and drop off locations will not be permitted to change.

Meals, hot beverages, and alcohol are not permitted on board, at any time.

Royal city tours and/or its affiliates are not liable for injuries sustained while entering or exiting the vehicle. You are responsible for your safety at all times during the tour. Royal city tours and/or Time 4 Tours do not make any guarantees about safety or the conditions of the roads, buses, tour areas, persons, animals or places you interact with during the tour.

Royal city tours and/or Time 4 Tours do not allow suitcases/luggage on board; we suggest leaving it at the hotel. We reserve the right to search all items brought on board due to security reasons.

Royal city tours and/or Time 4 Tours reserves the right to impose fees due to damages made to the vehicle during the tour.

Royal city tours and/or Time 4 Tours respect your privacy and confidentiality, your personal contact information will not be shared. We reserve the right to contact you for feedback and promotions.

Audio or video Recording of the full tour is not allowed. We explicitly forbid sharing Audio or video Recording of the full tour on social media.

Tips are not included but recommended

Smoking is not permitted on the bus. Please pay attention to other smoke restrictions during the Tour

Wi-Fi may not be available on some of the tours. Misusing of the Wi-Fi is strongly prohibited.

Traveling while intoxicated is not allowed. We reserve the right to deny our services. Refund will not be issued

Price of the tour does not include food or beverages; these are additional costs to you.

Kids 3 years of age and under travel free of charge if they occupy a seat children’s rates apply.

BOOKING CONFIRMATION – DEPARTURE POINT

You must present the tour voucher and the credit card used at the time of reservation/purchase to the Royal city tours and/or Time 4 Tours staff member upon boarding for departure.

The departure location, time and date for all tours is provided/listed on the confirmation voucher.

When our clients do not show up on time (as provided in confirmation voucher) it will be considered NO SHOW and the deposit will be lost or if paid in full a penalty of 100% applies.

We highly recommend showing up 15 minutes prior to departure time.

REFUND POLICY

Free Cancellation – You may cancel the reservation up to 24 hours before the experience starts and receive a full refund. No-fee for rescheduling.
